Times have changed
Just passing through we decided to stop here. Yeah it's just fast food but the service was quick enough and the cashier was friendly. The fries seemed to be crisped very well and the burger was tasty. If you're expecting more try McDonald's and prepare to be disappointed.
The lady that took my order was rushing. When we got in line there was only one car a head. It took over ten or 15minutes for the car to leave. They only bought two meals. There was a guy that's was in the parking lot getting a d w I test by officers. One of the workers came outside for minutes looking what was going on when There was over 5 cars in line waiting as long as I was. My meal was wrong (2 meals) my drink was wrong.
Was not a great exsperance and the manager just sitting in the office talking and chatting to them both. Like five or six employees showed up BUT no one started working all just standing around, tables needed to be cleaned and the Windows could have used a good wash off, I didn't look at the restrooms but I would have wrote everyone up for just standing around.
Got the order wrong, food came out ok but my jr. Burger must have been made already or first the the other one because my meat cold. Onion rings soggy, put jalapeno on my boyfriends burger, ice was out but they all standing in back talking and couldn't get any. Table was dirty. Two men walked out because girl would not take their order.

I'm a die hard Whataburger fan. I always get my favorite food. Patty Melt combo, no onions. The fries were old. I had seen them sitting behind the fryer in the heat light, and they tasted like they were there a while. The burger was rubbery. I tried to fight through it, however I had no luck. We couldn't finish our food. Left hungry with a complete loss of appetite. Will not be going back!
Whataburger's #5 with mayo cut the mustard, onions, and pickles taste like a piece of heaven is in your mouth. The cost is very cheap for such a good meal, and the customer service is astonishing. I would eat here everyday if it was normal.
Really? What happened to our Whataburger??? A cook, one up front, one manager today around 5 p.m.
