After the lunch crowd is when we visited this afternoon. It was nice having no one in there except several people. They are packed due to the oil field traffic at lunch and all kinds of people at dinner because it is a steakhouse. I would highly recommend anyone to go there and eat at any time because their menus are their own creations.
The food and service was very good n great home town folks made us feel very welcomed thanks.
The ribeye that my wife had was amazing.
Beat chicken fried steak I have ever had. Steak was fork cut tender. Batter was excellent. Crispy. The only downside the gravy needs to be thinned out a bit.
Had four people in our group. 3 people ordered steak and one ordered pasta. We did order appetizers and those were pretty good. Except the Calamari the Calamari was extremely rubbery. We waited over an hour for our main dish and the manager blamed it on most of the people in my party ordered steaks. It does not take an hour to cook steaks. The waiter was helpful.
We drove 13 hours from Arizona to Snyder for the college rodeo.. we spent the day Shoeing horses and being with our daughter. Late night supper stopped here and it was amazing. As soon as we sat down Caleb (a very polite young man his momma should be very proud) got our drink order ladies first of course he was a top rate server! The dinner was great but the real star was Caleb! Fast efficient Friendly and smart (took our order correctly with no pad).. Go eat here ask to be Sure to ask to be put in Caleb's section and TIP THAT BOY RIGHT!!!!
