Pricing was decent, cable didn't work the week we were there but owner was very nice. Also the worst water pressure in the history of RV parks. Could barely wash my hair.
Excellent family run park.
Very nice Rv park. Owner is extremely nice and very helpful. Prices are great and include WiFi, Cable and all utilities. There is security lights and lots are big! There is no laundry but there is a great one just a couple of miles away. Best of all no sand burs which is rare for this part of Texas. Highly recommend !!
