Mr. Delmar Brown is being evicted because he violated his contract by allowing unauthorized persons into his apartment—multiple times! His review here is in response to us taking action to get rid of him and his "freeloading" relatives and friends. And as far as not fixing anything, he never once reported anything wrong. Be careful when you read reviews...it's likely they are coming from disgruntled people like Delmar who don't want to be held accountable for their actions.
