Did a restart there. It's a small place but clean. All the people there were nice, helpful and friendly. They do give pilot points and you can use them there too. Don't know why Robert had problems. Someone must of been having a bad day. The old guy I believe he was referring to (Huck Hogan look alike) works mostly out side taking care of the place. From what I saw he is a hard worker. Talked to him briefly. Seemed friendly enough. Gave only four stars because they don't have Outdoor WiFi which I have a subscription to. But then half the times at the other Pilot/Js it don't work no ways. So if I could, I would give this place a four and a half stars.
This place is terrible. Old, dirty and beaten up to hell. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because I have seen worse. I am surprised Pilot would even franchise there name here.
5 stars for being the only place in town with decent bathrooms. When you're on a road trip and you have to go, this is the place to stop. Lots of food/snack options (for a convince store).
This place sucked...rude and pissy attendent...old guy that works here is a creep too watch your children ...old guy on his name tags says he's worked there 10 or 20 years. Don't know how...however service at bks next door was amazing
The restrooms were horrible. They smelt really bad, most stalls were out of toliet paper, and worst of all there was water covering the floor by the door and instead of mopping it up they just put a wet floor sign over it. To me putting the wet floor sign over the giant puddle just shows they were aware of the situation, they just weren't interested in fixing it. Especially when there was a woman out there sweeping the main area when more focus was needed in the restrooms.
